Sibte Hussain Bangash is the Managing Director and Head of Litigation at Bangash & Co. and an Advocate of the High Court, with extensive experience in litigation, constitutional law, service matters, corporate law, regulatory affairs, labor and employment law, civil and criminal litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.

As Head of Litigation, Mr. Bangash leads the firm’s litigation practice and is actively involved in the preparation, strategy, and conduct of complex legal matters before the Supreme Court of Pakistan, High Courts, Service Tribunals, the National Industrial Relations Commission (NIRC), and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

He has significant experience in service and employment matters, including disputes concerning service rights, pension and retirement benefits, regularization, disciplinary proceedings, departmental inquiries, termination of employment, and violations of principles of natural justice and due process.

In his corporate and regulatory practice, Mr. Bangash advises companies, businesses, and organizations on corporate structuring, incorporation, statutory compliance, regulatory matters, corporate disputes, and proceedings before government and regulatory authorities. His work includes matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan (IPO), NEPRA, OGRA, DRAP, and other regulatory bodies.

Mr. Bangash has also developed substantial experience in constitutional, civil, criminal, commercial, labor, and employment litigation, providing clients with strategic legal advice and effective representation. His practice combines litigation expertise with a strong understanding of corporate and regulatory frameworks, enabling him to provide comprehensive legal solutions to individuals, businesses, and organizations.

As Managing Director of Bangash & Co., he is also responsible for overseeing the firm’s professional and strategic direction, ensuring that the firm maintains high standards of legal practice, client service, and professional integrity.
